DVD Problem

You must package your disc for shipment back to BOX5 Media. 


We do occasionally have problems with our discs, we will be glad to help you with this. You may have received the wrong disc, the disc may not play properly or any other issue. No problems just send it back and we will be glad to help you.

Can I use the packaging the disc came in? 

Absolutely, please secure the disc as well as possible.
